Automation Webhook step when a contact subscribes or is tagged.

  1. Automations → New automation. Trigger: Subscribes to a list or Tag is added.
  2. Add Conditions and Workflow → Webhook and paste https://rave.cxformula.com/api/ingest/YOUR_CAMPAIGN_KEY?source=activecampaign&event=signup.
  3. Activate. ActiveCampaign sends the contact's name, email and location; RAVE™ reads them automatically.
