How can we help?
Guides for every part of RAVE™, written from how the product actually works.
Getting started
New to RAVE™? Follow these in order.
- 1How RAVE™ is organized: Platform, Account, WorkspaceRAVE™ has three levels. Your account holds billing and your team; each workspace holds sites, campaigns and data for one brand or client.
- 2Create your account and first workspaceSign in with an emailed link, name your account, and RAVE™ creates your first workspace and starts your free trial.
- 3Add a siteAdd the domain where your funnel lives. Each site gets its own pixel snippet and site key, and holds the campaigns that show on it.
- 4Install the RAVE™ pixelPaste one line of code into the header of your pages so RAVE™ can show cards and measure results, then check that it works.
- 5How webhooks workEach campaign has its own webhook URL. Point your tools at it, label each signal with ?event=, ?product= and ?step=, and test it.
- 6RAVE™ Alert, Count and Live cardsWhat each RAVE™ card shows, real examples, and how to pick the right card for each page of your funnel.
