How RAVE™ is organized: Platform, Account, Workspace
RAVE™ has three levels. Your account holds billing and your team; each workspace holds sites, campaigns and data for one brand or client.

Everything in RAVE™ lives at one of three levels. Knowing which level you are on tells you what you can change and who else can see it.

+-- ACCOUNT your business or agency
| plan and billing, account team, branding

+-- WORKSPACE one brand, funnel family or client
| workspace users, settings, API keys

+-- SITE a domain, with its own pixel key

Your account is your business or agency. It is created when you sign up and is where the things that cover everything live:
- Billing and plan. The plan and subscription sit on the account. In an agency account, one plan covers every client workspace ("Clients share your plan").
- Account team. People invited at the account level, with the role Owner, Admin or Member.
- Branding and settings, such as your logo and campaign templates you can reuse in any workspace.
Open the account level with the Account view button above the switcher at the top of the sidebar. Account owners and admins see Overview, Workspaces, Usage, Team, Billing and Settings. Members see Overview and Workspaces.
One workspace, just you: no separate account view
If your account has exactly one workspace and nobody else on it (no teammates, client users or pending invitations), RAVE™ keeps the account level out of your way. There is no Account view button, and your workspace is home. Open the profile menu (your name at the bottom of the sidebar) for:
- Billing & plan: your plan, usage, invoices and cards.
- Team: invite a teammate.
Both pages open in your workspace's sidebar. As soon as you add a second workspace or invite someone, the Account view button appears and everything above works as described.
Workspace
A workspace is where the day-to-day work happens: Sites, Campaigns, Analytics, Sources & integrations, Proof import and the AI coach (when your plan includes them). Every account starts with one workspace. Agency accounts can add one workspace per client.
Each workspace has its own Team page (titled "Workspace users") and Settings page, where you rename the workspace, upload its logo and create API keys.
Platform
Platform is CXFormula's own staff console for running RAVE™. Customers never see it. CXFormula support can open your account to help you; when they need to make a change on your behalf, it is recorded in an audit log.
Who sees what
| Person | Where they are invited | What they see |
|---|---|---|
| Account owner | Created the account | Everything, including billing and the account team |
| Account admin | Account team | Everything, including billing and the account team |
| Account member | Account team | All workspaces, or only the clients assigned to them; no billing or account team |
| Workspace admin | A workspace's users page | That workspace, its users and settings |
| Workspace user | A workspace's users page | That workspace's sites, campaigns and analytics |
People invited only to a workspace never see other workspaces or account billing, and they don't get the Account view button.
An agency example
Bright Path Marketing runs funnels for three coaching clients. Here is how they set up RAVE™:
- One agency account, "Bright Path Marketing". The owner pays for the plan once on the account's Billing page, and it covers every client.
- One workspace per client, added from Account view → Overview → Add client: "Calm Coaching", "Peak Fitness" and "Studio Nine". Each client's sites, campaigns and data stay separate.
- Agency staff on the account team. The operations lead is an Admin and sees every client. Two account managers are Members set to Only selected clients, so each one only opens the clients they handle.
- Client users in their own workspace. Calm Coaching's founder is invited as a Workspace user in the "Calm Coaching" workspace. She can see her campaigns and analytics, but not the other clients, the agency's team or its billing.
