Show one campaign on several sites
Run the same funnel on more than one domain? Share one campaign across your sites so every page shows one combined count, each sign-up counts once, and Analytics still splits Paid vs Organic.

Some funnels live on more than one domain. A common example: the same challenge runs on one domain for paid ads and on another for organic traffic. You want both pages to say "1,240 people have signed up this week!", not two smaller numbers, and you still want to see how many came from each.
A shared campaign does exactly that. The campaign keeps one home site, and you choose the other sites in the same workspace that also show it.
What you get
- One set of cards on every site. Edit the cards, design, timing and privacy once; every site that shows the campaign updates within a minute.
- One combined count. Every site reads the same events, so RAVE™ Count shows the total across all your domains, and RAVE™ Alert and Live cards show the same recent people.
- Each sign-up counts once. A webhook event is stored once on the campaign, never copied per site. The campaign's Duplicate window still stops the same email from counting twice for the same step.
- Paid vs Organic stays visible. Label each webhook (for example
step=paidandstep=organic) and the campaign's Analytics splits events by label. Page views, clicks, converted visitors and A/B lift are also split by site. - No extra cost. A shared campaign is still one campaign on your plan. Linking a site never adds a campaign or a site.
Share a campaign
Both sites need to be in the same workspace, with the RAVE™ pixel installed on each one (Add a site, Install the pixel).
Open the campaign
Go to the site where the campaign lives today (its home site) and open the campaign.
Pick the other sites
Under Also show on these sites, check each site that should show this campaign too, then click Save sites.
Check the site pages
Each linked site now lists the campaign with a Shared badge. Edit it from its campaign page; the home site doesn't change.
To stop sharing, uncheck the site and click Save sites. Nothing is deleted: the campaign, its cards and its events stay on the home site.
Different pages on each domain
The campaign's Pages rules apply on every site it shows on. If the pages have different addresses on each domain, limit a rule to one site:
Open the Pages tab
A shared campaign shows a Site menu next to each rule. Any site (the default) matches on every domain.
Pick a domain per rule
For example, Show on URL contains
/challengeon your paid domain, and URL contains/joinon your organic domain.Test it
Paste a full page address into Does this URL match? to see whether the campaign shows there.
A leading www. never matters, so www.example.com and example.com match the same pages. Rules without a site keep working exactly as before.
Label your traffic sources
Keep one webhook per source, all pointing at the same campaign URL, and add a label to each so Analytics can tell them apart:

https://rave.cxformula.com/api/ingest/YOUR_CAMPAIGN_KEY?source=clickfunnels&event=signup&step=organic
The Sources tab builds these for you: click step=paid or step=organic under the setup guide, then copy the URL. Details: How webhooks work.
Read the numbers
On the campaign's Analytics:
- Events by source label shows each
step=label (Paid, Organic and anything else you use). The labels always add up to the campaign total. - Events by source shows each
source=value. - By site lists page views where the campaign showed, impressions, click-through rate, converted visitors and A/B lift for each domain, with an All sites total.
Each site's own Analytics includes the events of campaigns shared with it, so the same sign-up appears on both sites' pages. Workspace and account totals count each event once, per campaign, never once per site.
Good to know
- RAVE™ Count · viewing now counts the people on the site they're looking at, not across domains.
- Count by visits adds up visits on every site the campaign shows on, each site using the page rules for its own domain.
- Preview on my site works on any of the campaign's sites: paste a page address from the site you want to check.
- Duplicate copies the campaign onto its home site only; share the copy again if you need it on other sites.
- A site can show its own campaigns and shared ones side by side.
Troubleshooting
- The campaign doesn't show on the second domain. Check that the site is checked under Also show on these sites, that the pixel on that domain uses that site's key, and paste the page into Does this URL match?. A rule limited to the other domain never matches here.
- The counts look doubled. They aren't: each event is stored once. If you add up the two sites' Events, last 7 days, a shared campaign's events appear in both; use the campaign's Analytics for the true total.
- Everything shows as one label. Add
step=paidorstep=organicto each webhook URL. Events received before you added labels show as No label.
