Each campaign has its own Analytics page with its funnel, A/B lift and split tests. The Analytics dashboard is the overview on top of those: every campaign in your workspace on one page, with the numbers you choose, compared the way you want.

Open it from the sidebar: Analytics dashboard, right under Analytics.

What it shows

MetricWhat it counts
Events receivedVerified events from your webhooks, form capture, Rave.track and imports. Test events never count.
Card viewsTimes a RAVE™ card was shown to a visitor.
ClicksClicks on a card.
Click-through rateClicks divided by card views.
Unique visitorsPeople who loaded a page where a selected campaign shows (holdout visitors included). Someone who saw two campaigns counts once in the total.
ConversionsVisitors who reached a conversion goal. Set a goal on a campaign's A/B test tab; without one this stays at 0.
Conversion rateConversions divided by unique visitors.
HoversTimes a visitor paused on a card (off by default).

Below the totals, the Trend chart shows one metric per day. Pick the metric in the Chart menu. Show the daily numbers lists the same numbers as a table.

Days run midnight to midnight UTC, the same as each campaign's Analytics.

Choose what you see

  • Metrics: click a metric to turn it on or off. The totals, the comparison table and the CSV follow your choice.
  • Chart series: when you compare, click a name above the chart to hide or show its line.

Filter

  1. Pick a date range

Last 7, 14, 30 or 90 days, month to date, last month, year to date, or Custom range (up to 366 days).

  2. Narrow it down

Use Campaigns, Sites, Step labels, Card types and Event types. Each menu lets you pick several; click Apply.

  3. Clear

    Clear filters shows everything again.

A few rules worth knowing:

  • Sites keep card views, clicks, visitors and conversions on the sites you pick, and include the events of campaigns shown on them. A campaign shown on several sites stores each event once, so its events can't be tied to one site.
  • Step labels come from your webhook URLs (for example step=paid and step=organic), so they filter events only. Events sent without a label are listed as No label.
  • Card types (RAVE™ Alert, Count and Live) filter card views, clicks and hovers only. Visitors and conversions belong to the page, not to one card.

Compare

Choose Compare above the metrics:

CompareYou get
CampaignsOne line and one table row per campaign.
SitesOne per site. Card activity uses the real site; a shared campaign's events count on each site it shows on, while the total counts each event once.
Step labelsPaid vs. Organic (or any labels you use), for events.
Card typesRAVE™ Alert vs. Count vs. Live, for card views, clicks, click-through rate and hovers.
Time periodsThis period against the previous period of the same length, or a custom range you choose, with the % change for every metric.

The chart shows up to six lines; the table always lists every row. Each campaign or site keeps its color when you change filters.

Save, share and export

  • Saved views: open Saved views, give the current view a name and click Save view. Check Open this view first to make it the view the dashboard opens with. Saved views are yours; teammates have their own.
  • Copy link: the link keeps the date range, filters, comparison and the metrics you chose, so a teammate opens the same view. They still need access to the workspace, and they only see what their role allows.
  • Export CSV: downloads the current view: a short header (date range, filters), the totals or comparison, and the daily numbers behind the chart.

Agency and Enterprise: all your clients together

On Agency and Enterprise plans, Account view has its own Analytics dashboard across your client workspaces. Use the Clients filter to pick some of them, and Compare → Clients to see them side by side. It only includes the client workspaces you can see analytics for.

Who can see it

  • Owners, admins and editors of a workspace see its dashboard.
  • Installers can't open analytics, and the database refuses their requests too (see Team and roles).
  • A member whose access is turned off sees nothing, including their saved views, until they're turned back on.

When it's empty

No campaigns yet means there's nothing to measure: create a campaign and connect a source. No activity in this view means nothing matches the dates and filters: try a longer range or clear the filters. If a brand-new site stays empty, check the pixel is installed and a source is sending events.

For a single campaign's funnel, A/B lift and split tests, open its Analytics page; see A/B testing and lift.
