Send your setup to your tech team
Hand your funnels to a developer or VA. RAVE™ writes the pixel snippets, exact webhook URLs, step-by-step recipes and a test checklist from your live settings, as a PDF, Markdown, plain text or a view-only link.

Someone else builds your funnels? Instead of writing a long setup document by hand, click Send setup to my tech team. RAVE™ builds a step-by-step handoff from your live settings, so every snippet and URL in it is exactly what your workspace uses today.
What's in the handoff
- Overview: every domain, the pages on it that show cards, and which cards they show (for example "URLs containing
/challenge· RAVE™ Count · RAVE™ Alert"). Shared campaigns are called out, with the domains that share them. - 1. Install the pixel: the pixel snippet for each site, with install steps for ClickFunnels, HighLevel (GoHighLevel) or WordPress.
- 2. Connect the webhooks: for each campaign, a numbered list of webhook URLs with their labels (
source, event, product, step), then a recipe for each tool you picked:- ActiveCampaign: a Tag is added automation set to Runs once with a Webhook action. When one campaign has several labels (for example
step=paidandstep=organic), the recipe uses an If/Else on the tag so each contact goes to the right URL. - ClickFunnels 2.0: one webhook endpoint per funnel or step, with the event to pick.
- HighLevel: a workflow with a Webhook action and the contact fields to add.
- Zapier: a Webhooks by Zapier → POST step with the fields to map.
- ActiveCampaign: a Tag is added automation set to Runs once with a Webhook action. When one campaign has several labels (for example
- 3. Test checklist: what to check on each domain and for each webhook, and how to confirm it in Analytics.
- Troubleshooting: common symptoms, their likely cause and the fix.
Nothing in the handoff is written by AI: every URL is built from your campaign's own webhook key and the labels you set.
Make a handoff
Open it
Click Send setup to my tech team on your workspace dashboard, on a site's page, or on a campaign's Sources tab (next to Webhook URL). Opening it from a site or a campaign picks those campaigns for you.
Pick the campaigns
Check the campaigns your tech person should set up. Paused campaigns are marked, because they ignore webhooks until you resume them.
Pick the tools
Under Tools, check where your pages are built (for the pixel steps) and what sends your sign-ups and purchases (for the webhook recipes).
Check the webhook labels
RAVE™ fills in
eventandproductfrom each campaign's cards and latest product. A campaign shown on several sites gets one webhook per site, each with its ownstep(taken from the site name), so Analytics can split, for example, paid and organic. Change any label, and for ActiveCampaign or HighLevel type the tag that sends each webhook. Reset to defaults starts over.Send it
Click Download PDF, Download Markdown or Copy as plain text, or create a view-only link (below). The preview on the right shows exactly what they'll get.
Share a view-only link
Under Send it, pick how long the link works (1, 7 or 30 days) and click Create share link. Copy the link and send it to your tech person.
- They can open it without a RAVE™ login. They can read, download and copy the handoff, but can't change anything.
- The link always shows your current settings, with the campaigns, tools and labels you picked when you made it.
- Search engines never index it.
- Your links are listed under the button with their expiry date and number of views. Click Revoke to stop a link right away.
Workspace owners, admins and workspace users can create links; Installers can't. Each link, revoke and view is recorded in RAVE™'s audit log.
Invite your tech person as an Installer
If your developer or VA should work in RAVE™ themselves, invite them as an Installer instead of sending a file:
Open Team
In the workspace sidebar, click Team (workspace owners and admins).
Invite
Enter their email, pick Installer (tech person, setup only) and click Send invite.
They sign in
They land on Setup handoff and see only Setup handoff, Sites and Sources & integrations.
An Installer can open the handoff, copy each site's pixel snippet and each campaign's webhook URL, and send test events (and delete them). They can't see billing, the team, or analytics, and can't edit sites, campaigns or cards. See Team and roles.
Troubleshooting
- I don't see the button. It appears on the dashboard once the workspace has a site, on every site page, and on each campaign's Sources tab.
- "Share links aren't available yet." Download the PDF or copy the text instead; links switch on with this release.
- The link says it has expired. It passed its expiry date or was revoked. Create a new one.
- A webhook is missing. Check that its campaign and tool are both checked. Each campaign gets one webhook per tool (one per site for shared campaigns); edit the labels to fit your funnel.
- The URLs changed after I sent the PDF. A PDF is a snapshot. If you change pages, sites or campaigns, send a new copy, or use a share link, which always shows current settings.
